The specific operation method is: first use a degreasing agent to remove the grease adhering to the pipe; then use clean water to remove the dirt on the pipe; then remove the pipe in the pickling solution Rust spots on the wall, rolled iron filings, etc.; the next step is to rinse the attachments produced in the above operation with clean water, and the inside of the pipe is rinsed with high-pressure water; then, the acid solution remaining on the pipe is neutralized with lye.

In the installation of hydraulic joints, the pickling method is used for cleaning. The key point to remind everyone is: After a series of cleaning treatments, the pipes need to be immersed in hot water or steam dried, so as to promote the cleaned pipes. Achieve a dry state as soon as possible. After confirming that the pipe fittings are clean and dry, the installation can be started. Do not directly perform subsequent installation operations when the moisture is not dry.
