1. Saw off a seamless steel pipe of suitable length and remove the port burrs. The end face of the steel pipe should be straight with the axis, and the angle should not be greater than 0.5 degrees. If the steel pipe needs to be bent, the length of the straight line from the end face of the steel pipe to the bending part shall not be less than three times the length of the nut.

2. Put the nut and the ferrule on the seamless steel pipe. Pay attention to the direction of the nut and the ferrule, do not install it backwards.

3. Apply lubricating oil on the pre-equipment joint body thread and ferrule, insert the steel pipe into the joint body, (the steel pipe must be inserted after all) and tighten the nut by hand.




4. Tighten the joint until the ferrule joint is stuck to the steel pipe. This turning point can be felt (pressure point) by the increase of the tightening torque.

5. Remove the pre-equipment joint body and check the insertion of the cutting edge of the ferrule. The visible protrusions must fill the space at the front end of the ferrule. The ferrule can rotate slightly, but cannot move axially.

6. Finish the equipment, apply lubricating oil to the thread of the joint body in the training equipment, and screw the compression nut together until the sensible tightening force increases, and then tighten the equipment by 1/2 turn.

7. External damage to the hose should be prevented, such as long-term conflict with the surface of the component during use.

8. All oil supply pipes can be left to be filled with grease and then connected to the oil outlet and lubrication point of the distributor.
